Start with the current public experience
The free comprehensive website review begins with the hotel's public-facing marketing foundation. HTB may review the website, visible property information, search readiness, public listings, reputation signals, imagery, and the path travelers use to understand the property.
The review is designed to identify questions and priorities. It is not a promise that every issue can be solved in one step, and it is not a substitute for the hotel's operating systems or management decisions.
What HTB can review
Depending on the hotel and the agreed scope, the review may consider:
- Mobile and desktop usability.
- Page structure, broken links, forms, and basic technical health.
- Crawlability, metadata, content clarity, and search readiness.
- Structured information and AI-search readiness.
- Consistency of public hotel facts and trust signals.
- Visible imagery, captions, and information that may no longer represent the property.
- Review themes and public-source questions that may need a hotel or marketing response.
- Practical priorities and next steps.
The purpose is to connect the evidence to a decision the hotel can make.
What you do not need to provide
The review can begin without confidential guest, reservation, rate, occupancy, or performance information. Public information and the hotel's own description of its current priorities are enough to start a useful conversation.
If the hotel later chooses to share additional information, HTB should agree why it is needed, who can access it, and how it will be used. The hotel retains control of its confidential operating information.
How findings are organized
HTB turns the review into a practical work list. Each meaningful finding should identify:
- The public signal or condition reviewed.
- Why it deserves attention.
- The recommended next action.
- The hotel, HTB, or provider responsible for that action.
- Any approval, access, or source information still needed.
This turns a technical checklist into a clear work plan.
What stays with the hotel
The hotel approves property facts, imagery, policies, offers, and the actions that move forward. The hotel retains responsibility for rates, inventory, reservations, booking operations, property operations, and the guest experience.
HTB manages the agreed marketing work, coordinates approved providers when needed, and keeps the next action visible.
What the review cannot promise
The review is not a forecast, revenue audit, appraisal, guarantee, ranking promise, AI-citation promise, or booking prediction. It identifies visible marketing conditions and practical opportunities for the hotel to evaluate.
